Well spent money  I was amazed at how easy it was to start watching a video and turn on Movie Sherlock so it would capture the video that I previously did not have any way of downloading or capturing. I have tried several other programs but none were as easy to use and had the capabilities that Movie Sherlock has. It was money well spent for results that met my video capture needs. When I did not understand something or the program did not work as I thought it should, I contacted their technical support and was very impressed with the level of suppert that I received. They went out of their way to resolve the issue and help me complete my project by offering work arounds until they were able to analyze why I was having problems with certain web sites

Good product, great support  Downloads almost any video from any site. When it wasn't able to download a video, I emailed support. They updated the product within a day or two and emailed me back to tell me about it. I am impressed by MovieSherlock and VERY impressed by the developers' commitment to serving their customers. I have tried other video downloaders, both free and paid, and they were hit or miss. I paid for MovieSherlock and it was money well spent.
